Theirs used to a spot called 'South Side Park" and it was koo.But They stopped it when the norte setz get drunk them start to fight during the cruise on broadway.the rataz stay low since they know how many nortenos are Sacramento area.But the fightz stoped the cinco de mayo festival.Sometimes they will have it in old sac,but fightz started their too.so I not sure what going on this year.

last year at Discover Park it was a sea of red wit all the enes out there representin....Sac pd and the sheriifs was deep but they aint stupid...they was weedin out scraps and makin em leave cuz they knew theyd be trouble but that it was gonna be harder to stop the enes so they said fucc it.....
