Dead Pool wasnt even finished in the movie (they were still "peicing him together)...so how can he have the original look from the comics? THats why he has all those exo-skeleton lines on him, because he was still on the doctors table being "constructed" when he went into battle.

We have no idea what a complete and finished Deadpool would have looked like.
