You ever seen them welga bird flags? mi carrnal picked one up in San Jose, does any one know any wear in the Bay or Watsonville i can pick one up at?

You can pick one up in Salas at the United farm workers union office on E.Market. One of the sapnish stations around here uses that as a logo and you can get bumper stickers from them

It's Huelga..not Welga....and "Huelga" in spanish stands for, Going on STRIKE or Boycotting...and the Huelga Bird is the symbol for the UNITED FARM WORKERS...the organiztion that Cesar Chavez started....and it is also used by Nortenos

I saw some stand at a carshow in Leemore selling sweaters and hats with the huelga bird on it. the hats and shirts were in gold and black, it had some writing below the bird, I cant remember what it said it was like a website (not anything having to do with UFW) or a record company I cant remember. N E 1 know what it was for.
