I totally respect your opinions and appreciate your input, what I am saying is KFV was not influenced and had never heard of those people til recently when people said to him "you kinda look like so and so". he def. was not around before them, the things that make him look like those people are facial features. He happens to look like them. For instance there is a very famous DJ (RZA's DJ) Kevvy Kev from out here in The Bay who sends out these dope emails with jokes and his recent playlist. he always send these photos of people who look like someone else, it's hilarious and they almost always do, but they are in no way influenced by each other it's just super random....I believe now you can see what I am saying....Kung Fu Vampire is a total studio guy. He use to always stay locked in the studio or the gym away from hollywood media shit, he has very little influences other than Talking Heads and Meat Beat Manifesto (check them out, if you haven't heard of them) his influences are early 80's industrial music and maybe Sabbath and The Doors.

I don't believe you for a moment. Maybe about Ming, but for someone who was influenced by early 80's industrial, you can't tell me he never saw a pic of Anton LaVey. I should add that being a fan of early 80's industrial doesn't help the case that he isn't biting photo shoots from Marilyn Manson.

well in the words of The Big lebowski...."thats just like...your opinion man"....Why would he be influenced by those random people, he's not a satanist and Flash Gordon was not that huge, I actually ask people hey he reminds me of Ming from Flash Gordon and people are like wh? from what? and the Lavey Thing I told him about and showed him the pic after someone out in public told him he looked a little like him.

Marilyn is after KFV's time as far as influence plus even I had never heard of Anton Lavey, i think it just depends on the people you grow up around or the area you live in, out here in the bay there isnt much (atleast in my circle) talk about satanic stuff, believe me im telling the truth, lets just all agree a lot of our opinions differ due to where and how we grow up. the industrial thing Im talkin about groups like Doubting Thomas, Coil, Fear factory and Ministry...I have never heard KFV talk about marilyn manson, although me personally being a 33 year old black man from the hood, I love old Marilyn Manson but I stopped diggin him when it got to be too gimmicky and the music got kinda weak.

Anyway, I'm not saying that he "looks like" anyone particularly... What I'm suggesting is that he BITES photo shoots and assorted imagery from a number of people who all seem to tie into Marilyn Manson... Coincidence perhaps.
I don't know how you don't know who Anton LaVey is growing up listening to industrial music, which evolved into NIN (unfortunately), which heavily influenced Manson etc. It just all ties in a little too well to be a coincidence IMO.

guys this is ridiculous that pic was not even the original album cover idea, they took a shit load of pics all over the house different positions and all that, the photographer was asking him to do different things..who knows what it could have been if KFV said this angle this shot only, who knows....
