homeboy im in sac and itz hella cheap...i just moved out of shitty ass neighborhood to a nice one and i pay 1300 rent for a nice 4 bedroom 2 bath...shit i got hella homeboyz in south sac who got like 3 bdrm houses and pay like 800 for rent..it all depends on the area.but i think sac is the cheapest place in northern cali

and speaking of the mighty TC, you should come out here to the 559 area.....the cost of living is just right and you can allways hit the freeway to hit the bay, central coast, mountains, or l.a. within a few hours.......
