dam rent is expensive out there! 1,400? 4 a 1bedroom? , in 07 i was paying 1,100 mortgage on a 4 bedroom house. now im paying 750$ for a nice ass 2 bedroom apt.
thats a trip cost of livin way diferent out there. i guess thats y hella raza migrates out this way

It can be expensive bro, but there is places where you can find decent rent prices, you just got to look into it.....remember pay is better out here also.

For decent rent you sacrifice like a motherfucker though. I'm in the process of moving out of state. My current house is 1400 for a 2 bedroom, and it ain't even that nice. I figured I can move to somewhere cheaper where I can work for the same company and buy a house for half of what I can get here in cali. It's over priced and over populated.

Depends where u move man in the west bay if its you just moving out here u can live in somebodies downstairs garage in san francisco or daly city for maybe 500 or more til u bubble up.... im moving back to dc so thats what ima do... shit man back in the late 80s my mama used to pay $400 for her house on 24th and south van ness

Cali's ecomony is pretty bad bro; we still owe the US billions of dollars cuz of our budget defiecit; as far as Im knowin the last sanctuaries for cheap housing is the valley & San Bern & Riverside counties, my uncle recently bought a house in Temecula for 330k
