I will always remember when the Blazers played the Lakers in game 7 of the Western Conference Finals in 2000, I had to work, I was so fuckin' pissed off, as was almost everybody in work that day. We hardly had any customers because everyone was home watching the Blazers. I was working in a music store, so one of our managers was walking around with a walkman set to the radio and would walk by my register every 3 minutes and give a 5 second update on the score and what was happening.

The Blazers were up by 15 points in the 4th quarter and then..... meltdown. Rasheed was throwin' up brick after brick and Kobe was bombing threes. We all said fuck it and went into the stock room where the radio was turned on and 6 dudes looking at each other all panicked like there is no way they can lose this.... then they did. Everyone was cussing and shit. Aw shit. Fan-tastic. Fuck the Lakers.

Yea, I can listen to the Warriors radio station online. I work in a lab and basically out of every hour 35 mins is wait time for the results to come thru and Im bout to see if there is any bars close by that I can hit for that half hour and then come back to finish off the work.
