What the fuck is the voting for? Did I miss that? And who cares what E-40 says? I mean, it's a nice way to make people think, "hey, this guy knows E-40, he must be tight" but it makes me think the opposite....

Actually the whole thing is comedy. It isn't meant to be serious. It's a spoof of all the campaign ads that are running on TV stations in the region. I guess it went over your head. It's a pun. E-40 is in there to tie in the whole element of hip-hop, so that people would know that it's music related.
It's called creative marketing. That's it.
^^ Reading the previous posts it looked like a few other people were too lol! I think it's clever, I'd be like wtf if that was thrown in with your random mud slinging comercial.
Shouts to Nutz...who has always been on some dope and creative guerrilla marketing since I was a baby in this game. Cat continues to makes things happen. I don't know about all ya'lls bickering, but until you've maintained as long as dude, I say stop throwing rocks at the throne and take notes on how to eat consistently at the indie level.
The point of it is marketing and continuing to stay visible to the scope of consumers and the public eye. No different then your average automobile commercial, jello pudding commercial, or any other product that companies attempt to sell to the public. Thanks for your feedback though. I appreciate your thoughts on it.

You don't have to spell it out for me, as I said before I understand.
As for the visuals...since I didn't give you actual feedback...I thought it was good, and it was put together well, nice edits...I do like the idea that you are selling yourself in the commercial, as in, you are the product...But it could be a little clearer....
@ Nutz & Non Stop
Fuck the bullshit! Ya'll are too talented to be from the same city and NOT be working together. Give us fans some heat.
As for the commercial, i agree with Sixxness that it should be a little clearer. Funny shit though for sure. I showed it to my roommates you met at the concert and they thought it was hilarious.

There ain't no bullshit. Nonstop is just giving you his honest opinion. Everyone is entitled to that, and some of what he is saying is actually true. I'm striving everyday to catch up with the Master P's and Lil Jon's of the world. Just gotta keep pushin the envelope and hopefully I get on that level. And to be truthful, if you are going to follow the blueprint of anyone, you might be better off following Master P or Lil Jon versus Cool Nutz. I know I am. Again, I wish everyone the best in what they are doing, and hopefully someone will achieve the mega success of Mix A Lot.
