This might be a stupid question but I'll ask anyway.

I swear I remember reading somewhere, I can't remember exactly where, that there was some rapper which I believe was named Cappucino or something like that, that sounded very similar to Lynch in the way he rapped and was possibly going to get on Black Market through Ced after Lynch left but apparently never did. If this is complete BS I am sorry to spread any rumors but I remember reading it somewhere and have never heard shit about it and have always been curious.

That album was just recently pressed up by G Law, it's not actually from 94. Same goes for South Side Sickness. But they did always have a great sound. Hopefully TEN will drop some stuff as well as he has equally good stuff recorded.

I used to have the song "Resurrection" by Msane, but I cannot find it anywhere since then.
Sup Killa, you might find this interesting. I asked Ace (the guy who dropped the Bread album) about that track awhile back. I'm curious to know what album it was off because if I knew then I could probably track it down. Anyways, check this.

crazy_ace808:
had to repo a beat from M-sane....for non payment........it was supposed to be called the ressurection...

dome781:
I heard that track got released on a down south compilation. Last I heard M-Sane said he doesn't even have it anymore or remember the name of the comp it was featured on. Always wanted to hear that after someone told me how heated it was.

crazy_ace808:
m sane musta either gave them a rough mix reference casstte...or redid the whole song...cuz i repoed the original beat.......i may post a collection of some beats.....they were on a lot of cds comin out of Sac.

I incidentally read that while searching for the Bread album online. Thanks anyway

Here's what Msane told me.

MSANE said:
man, i did that trac like in 98 and never used it. i sold it to a compilation in houston texas.
He didn't specify any names or anything.

yes Yes yes and yes. You can tell theyre not presses from that era - i'll give G-Law credit for givin it a good imitaiton though! i told Phil that cause i was apprehensive about it being authentic. I got my reasons for suspicion, Phil didn't know at all though.... How'd you get the truth?

But The self titled cd from '96 is $10000% legit. Ultraswift came thru with that before folks was even lookin for it/knew about it. Shit i didn't know about it til i saw his listing completed.

I've got a compilation from 2000/01 Big Boy Ent. Presents The Collaboration with Ten on a few tracks, that's the last I heard. The comp has him, 2 N Da Chamber, Lil Spade, Maxamillion, DZ .... some r&b artists a couple Hollis beats if i recall.

Don't think I do, just catch 22. But my brother might have it, i'll hit him up about it.
I think that Rup Dog tape is the only sac tape that i've not seen a pic of yet!
im certain there's still a few unknowns that need to be pulled up, but that's the most sought after of the moment. I was hopin it's got Bumpin T beats on it.. that'd be amazin.

I think that's Crisis from Dungen Recordz fam. Papi Rico/Ammo Arsenal etc.
He's from somewhere in los angeles.. He may be from Compton like Ammo.

Does the cover have sorta fire, flames, heat style graphics in the background?

First of all thanks for the Southside Sickness.

It's hard to come up with some suggestions because I would like to think I have everything covered for the 916 that officially dropped, which in reality is not ever the case lol. What I had in mind is something that probably only seen the light locally (extremely rare) or unreleased stuff, be it an album or a song. Years and years ago I used to have the song "Resurrection" by Msane, but I cannot find it anywhere since then. That Nigga JP was/is somewhat rare too; I have that though. Also, Filthy Rich hooked me up with a song by Capone a while ago. Let me know if you want any of these.

You got Casper - Album First?

Shit i only know three people who ever had that (one copy)! It shoulda been easier to find given it's BPM/Lockdown records related.

Casper who lol? Never heard of him to be honest.
Sippy, would you know what year Rup Dog's Realizum of Reality dropped? I had a hunch that Shadez of da Izum may have come originally from that album before it was released on Who Put Sac On the Map.
I would personally love to hear some unreleased Lil Blu tracks. G-Idez mentioned something about having them, but it's up to the family if they will be released.

Been bumping the last few days the song Mobbin License. Shit goes.

I used to chop it up with g law about 2 years ago and not only did he never mention these albums before, but he didnt even have the Mobb Life album (which is from 98 at the earliest i believe, potentially even 2000/2001). All he had was a scratched up cd with no art work. I remember finding TEN on myspace way back, he has since changed his alias & is living somewhere in Kansas. i'll try to look him up real quick. I remember he had some heated tracks on his page, with that typical villin mobb sound.

from Rup's biopic in myspace, and that's all we've got to go on.. 1997.

Casper was a Junebug Slim/BPM/Villa Capone/Hawk & Garcia affilaited. Not to be confused with Caspari of BPM :)

1997.

If you've got Hawk & Garcia's album, i'm sure Casper is on there, maybe even Villa Capone's. I'm sure he appeared on Junebug Slim's cds too.
