My friends who grew up playing HS and JUCO B-Ball in California have told me that Mexicans were severely underrepresented on the hardwood, for example.

Tell your friends to stop trippin and to hit up their local high schools and look for short, big headed Yucatecos playing ball. These guys are like 4'6 but their heads make them like 5'1, and they can make the craziest fuckin shots imaginable. You also have to be lenient on traveling and double-dribble rules, but still...
