I think Kimbo is a good fighter, dude has great natural skills. There is no doubting that. He has just yet to prove himself against anyone good (well, atleast still in their prime) in MMA so therefore as of right now he is way over hyped just because of his street fights of the past.

He's on the right track...but he's had limited MMA training...and hasn't really fought anyone. Not even a top 100 fighter.

Don't get it twisted I'm a Kimbo fan, and have been since 2005...but he ain't ready.

I applaud him tho for not backing down tho. Shit.

I would love to see them fight tho...just cause. But I don't think Chuck would give him the time of day until he has some kind of significant win over a more worthy opponent.

lol why do people keep comparing Kimbo to Rampage? Because they are both black? Kimbo is a street brawler who is just now starting to train MMA and has beat nobody. Rampage was a wrestler in high school, has been fighting in MMA since he was 21 and has fought all the best fighters in his weight class in the WORLD.

The thing is Chuck kept hating on kimbo when kimbo was fighting the back yard brawls, almost sounded jealous when he had to mention he had plenty street fights...so in this context it seems like chuck is doubting Kimbos stand up game. If you notice when Kimbo fights he isnt an average brawler and Im not mentioning his power. He appears to have well balance..keeps his feet moving and his head bobbing and weaving..keeps his hands up....and rememeber when Kimbo knocked that dudes eye out the socket....I was impressed when Kimbo got hit by the guy....Kimbo then drops his hands ask the guy to hit him I believe the guy hit him twice but it couldve been once and kimbo says...is that all you got....That leads me to believe that Kimbo can take a punch.
