My personal highlights:

Mass Effect 3 announced. Said to be releasing Holiday 2011, but i think it'll be pushed to 2012.

I have a little interest in Prototype 2 and Resistance 3, but not much.

The awards themselves are a joke.

Game of the Year should have been Mass Effect 2. Studio of the Year, while BioWare is a great choice, I think should have been Bungie. Best Original Score should have been Halo: Reach. NPH should NOT have won the award for Best Male Voice, Either The Illusive Man or John Marston should have taken that.

Having Kratos as a crossover in MK is gay as fuck, kinda like when he was in Soul Calibur on PSP. MK is an iconic game it shouldnt have any crossovers...
