lmao look at eastern europe and russia, my homie is from Poland and he told me that him and his uncles would go do construction jobs, and be completely shitfaced the entire time off of vodka they purchased at a gas station. Its hard to call. I've drank with some Australians and those mother fuckers get down.
Had me breaking beer glasses at 4pm in an Australian hotel bar.
I don't think this poll counts all the alcohol consumed by the US Navy in foreign ports even if it was fucking Carlsberg or XXXX
