Universities/Colleges That Report Their Indie Charts Question

I was just wondering if someone could help me out with this,i've been looking all over google for a site where universities,and or college campus radio stations report their indie charts to a charting company.

Does anyone here know if there is a company that the universities,and or colleges report to?

Any,and all help would definitely be appreciated.

Is your station big on giving spins to independent conscious hip hop artists, or do the majors still throw their weight around by sending their "independent radio consultant" to make sure that the MD's play their artists all the time, while the independent hip hop artists get pushed to the side?
