Nothign shocks me about Dubai anymore...they are one of the world's fastest growing cities in many facets. Trading real estate/land over there can be done at a KIOSK in the fuckin mall. Land can sometimes be traded 3 and 4 times before a single SHOVEL is even placed into the ground at the site.

Terrorist plots on Dubai? Y'all obviously don't know much about that place. It is THE terrorist playground, they will not touch it, they will do everything to improve it. The money for every major terrorist attack goes through United Arab Emirates (Dubai is like the Vegas in this country). The country does not believe in tax, there is a whole bunch of money made by Middle Easterns and Americans out there. The hustle out there is unlike anywhere else in the world. They supply the world with anything and everything you can think of. The business world of UAE is kept on the hush to the fullest. The leaders of the business world conglomerate in UAE. Why do you think people like Donald Trump makes trips out there so often? Big shit poppin.... I lived there for 6 months when I was younger, everyone around me were hustlers, they had their hands in everything.
