that still doesn't change the fact that JT OWNS the name. It's against the law to use a name that's been copywritten, whether your a restraunt, computer company, or a record label the law is the law.

ONE CRITICAL FACTOR IN THESE KIND OF DISPUTES IS THAT IF HE NEVER RELEASES NOTHING UNDER THAT NAME WE CANT GET ONE RED NICKLE.
BUT HOPEFULLY HE WILL RESPECT THE HUSTLE AND MAKE THE DISTINCTION.

he cant sue him for shit yet. If bleek put that album out and it was THROUGH getlow records (his label) then Jt could have sued. But for now all JT can do is sell pressed cdrs and wait.

no waitin homie, come on kids when bleek was 12 years old i had "puttin it on the map" hittin the street JUNE 16, 1992 the very first GET LOW RECORDS project. bleek is on roc a fella NOT GET LOW he tryin to claim it as click name for him and his crew, so now what it has officially come to is straight up competition
and free promotion for the fact that he has more people talking about it which brings more our way, but he still gone get smashed for violating our shit period.

All JT gotta do is come with a new cd with some major heat...to the point his cd overshines bleeks's...and he will regain what is rightfully his....if you didn't patent that Get Low shit...then that's the only way I see it....

LOL you guys know theres more then 1 record realease party right. They just go city to city and have an offical one just to grab more sales. He has already had a few in the eastcoast.
