It only looks bad cause of slow motion and the ref isnt gonna be close to catch a hammerfist to the face too. Big ups to Rampage he looked determined, training in the UK did wonders for him and away from the bullshit he usually gets himself into when hes in the states. Even his stablemate Chiek Congo looked solid with his new and improved takedown defense....
