Reminder: 'Countdown to UFC 141' debuts Wednesday on FUEL TV


As a reminder, "Countdown to UFC 141" debuts Wednesday on FUEL TV.

The one-hour preview show, which airs at 10 p.m. ET/PT, focuses on next week's blockbuster UFC 141 event, which features a main event between former UFC heavyweight champion Brock Lesnar and former Strikeforce title holder Alistair Overeem.

"UFC 141: Lesnar vs. Overeem," a rare Friday fight card for the UFC, takes place Dec. 30 at Las Vegas' MGM Grand Garden Arena.

The night's main card, which also features a highly intriguing lightweight contest between Donald Cerrone and Nate Diaz, as well as a key welterweight contest between Jon Fitch and Johny Hendricks, airs on pay-per-view.

Meanwhile, the UFC 141 preliminary card features two contests which air on Spike TV, the final UFC bouts to air live on the channel, as well four contests that stream on Facebook.

Meanwhile, replays of "Countdown to UFC 141 are slated to air throughout the build-up to the fight card, including Dec. 22 (1 a.m. ET/PT and 4 a.m. ET/PT), Dec. 23 (11:30 p.m. ET/PT) and Dec. 28 (2 a.m. ET/PT).

lol wtf was JDS vs. Cain? Dude just loves to shit on JDS and Cain.

Naw he is speaking the truth this time. This PPV is supposed to break records! Brock is such a big draw and just look at those two dudes! JDS & Cain look like Cruiserweights compared to those two haha. This is gonna be a mammoth fight and its must see tv! Got Em!!

Except he's not speaking the truth. He's speaking like a promoter should speak though. The truth is the Cain Vs. JDS was the first fight broadcast on FOX by the UFC, he did huge numbers for essentially a one fight show, and was brought up on shows like around the horn on ESPN which rarely ever happens. Oh and by the way it was for the heavyweight champion of the organization, doesn't even come close when speaking of the magnitude of a fight.

.. and I think he must've also forgot about Klitschko Vs. Haye regardless of how terrible Haye shit the bed there. It was by the far the biggest heavyweight fight to take place in years, regardless of sport.

dana white loves brock thats his bread & butter his tyson, his pacquiao lol he doesnt even need a solid card to sell a ppv when brock is the main event this card is pretty much chorizo besides the brock/overeem & diaz/cowboy
