so pumped for this fight right now, been watching old Shogun fights all day. Wouldn't be surprised if I started stomping someone at the liquor store.

Remember they're showing the Bader-Schafer and Barry-Hardonk fights on spike tv at 9est/6pst, ppv starts after.

I can't hate on him for trying to show that he's putting his english together.

His best quote was after the Thiago Silva fight:

Translates to

I respect the fact that he tries to speak english at least.. I think its made the fans like him more too.. I don't like his fighting style.. Well before the Silva fight at least.. But since then he's been pretty good to watch.

Hopefully if he wins, he gets another devestating ko, and not a five round snorefest.

Honestly though. Valesquez with a strategy like that, would have no chance against Lesnar at all. I don't think he deserves the next shot after that fight.. He needs to beat somebody like Mir who'd be able to defend a takedown a bit before I think he deserves one.. Kongo looked way better than Rothwell, honestly.
