WHEN AN IRAQI/AFGHAN/ARAB BOY WAKES UP TO THE SITE OF HIS SISTER CRYING AFTER BEING RAPED BY A FOREIGN SOLDIER, SEES BOTH HIS PARENTS LYING IN BLOOD PUDLES WITH BULLETS IN THEIR FOREHEADS, AND HIS NEIGHBORS HOME EXPLODED TO RUBBLE, WITHOUT A TV, WITHOUT A NEWSPAPER, WITHOUT ANYTHING BUT THE KNOWLDEGE THAT GOOD OL DUBYA AND HIS MIGHTY U.S. ARE RESPONSIBLE

this is why im astonished that people are SURPRISED and confused about how people like osama bin laden exist. BECUZ HATE BREEDS HATE. IGNORANCE BREEDS IGNORANCE. when will we ever learn from our mistakes?

To many variables to determine who he will be when he grows up. If left to his own vices he may become a serial rapist, who knows? However, to imply that he is going to become a so-called "terrorist" is a bit premature. Will he exhibit resentment for those responsible for the deaths of his loved ones? Probably, but forming an assessment based on the deaths alone isn't enough to determine what he will become.
When did Osama experience such things as the child in your anaolgy/example?
In most cases yes. You have MANY instances where HATE bred LOVE. Look at the civil rights movement of the 60's as an example. Also, ignorance can actually lead to intelligence if the person is WILLING to explore. Again, refer to the civil rights movement of the 60's as an example.
Who is the "we" that you speak of? Society as a whole? American society?

Heresy i agree with you, and those were generalizations. but im not talking about one kid. im talking about thousands of kids. some may learn to love and learn to seek wisdom. but not everybody can resist the temptation of revenge. even in our society,revenge is probobly the leading cause of homicide. in a culture like their's where death is an everday occurence, seeking revenge at least by the majority is almost inevitable.

At what point is it considered revenge? If someone is coming to your homeland and destroying your basic infrastructure, killing your loved ones and spreading death how is it revenge if you arm yourself and take up the fight?

what the fuck do you know?? im FROM the middle east. i know what their nature is. and youre right its not revenge, its protecting their country. if u dont believe thousands would fight for their country and would in some shape or form seek revenge on one who destroyed their family's and home, then you my friend don't know much about people consumed with pride.

MY DEAR FRIEND HERESY
i am simply referring to the mindstate many of the people are put in as a result of military actions taken on their homes. wether or not every one of them or just one of them follows thru on their actions, we, as a race of humans, must understand that by bombing people we are potentially creating people who will one day want to bomb us back.

IMO...humans first feel revenge when tragdy strikes...i know i have...i know all my friends have...and no i CANT speak for every human being on earth...but rage and revenge go hand in hand...
When you get beat up...most people have revenge on their mind...i see it every damn weekend at almost all social events....
