I've hired illegals in the past..they all charge between 10-15 a hour or 120-130 depending on the job..

most illegals are skilled in alot of things...specially when it comes to construction....

there's a thing called "BIDDING" when it comes to all construction jobs..

any company that puts a better bid for a job ..the person hiring them will take it..

if contractor A says "i will charge you 20k for this job"

but contractor B comes in and says.."I will do the job for 12K"..

contractor B takes the job...

and here's the thing..BOTH CONTRACTORS ARE LEGAL..
