I remember this time in english class this guy INSISTED that I was russian. he opened the window & i was like, close that shit, its hella cold. and he told me "aren't you used to cold weather? you're russian" I was like what the fuck would that have to do with being cold, & if anything im like 1/8 russian. he's like no, you're full russian. he was arguing with me & was completely serious. I later wrote an essay about it for that class lol. my teacher though it was hilarious. \

im 100% lebanese...but i have light skin and red hair...I had a white dude come up to me one time and start talkin racist ass shit about "rag heads" and "sand niggers", and tried to make me buy into white power ideology...funny shit..little did he know that i was middle eastern..

People always ask me what race I am. I have people always asking if im Filipino, Chinese, Mexican, Middle east etc. The day someone says if im aborigany I really have heard it all. I get flattered when they come to me start speaking in their language (choose one). Over the years Ive learned a few words so i could keep up with a few sentance convo then ill interupt them and tell them I couldnt keep this convo up cause well I dont speak it fluently but i do understand somewhat. Im Nicoya to the bone but I do have a little bit of Chinese in my bloodline so I could see the confusion to why a lot of asians be coming upto me asking if im Chinese or filipino. The only time i really get standoffish when some white person asks me if im mexican. And when i correct them they have the nerve to say oh i love mexican food like if everything i said to explain to them im not mexican come at me with some shit like that. Sometimes i really do wanna slap the shit outta white people, not cause i wanna see them turn red but to knock some sense into them that not everyone here in America is Mexican.
