Ever been told that?
Its like on a job app when they ask you to choose only one,but what if your mixed?
When I dont wanna explain myself ill tell people who dont know Im mexican, but if they educated enuff ill say chicano an then they come off o u dont look mexican haha well whats a mexican suppose to look like.
Guess its all stereo types, my boy whos samoan was out with me an some girls asked him what he is an he said samoan then she said o but ur skinny.

Yeah a lot of people have mistaken me for White. Im actually half Salvadoreno and half Mexicano. Im light skinned though. My whole family is pretty light skinned. Ive known some Black people though if you're not Black to them you're White. I am pretty perceptive about Latinos though. I can identify certain characteristics in certain nationalities. If Im in the sun though I look hella Latino.

i'm tan with dark brown hair, so i guess people just assume.

People always come up to me speakin spanish...n im like uhhh...

this barber one time gave me this fucked up look one time coz i didnt answer him in spanish and then he was like..."you dont speak spanish huh" I was like nah...gave me a look and walked away like i was a disgrace to his race or sumthin...didnt even give me a chance to explain myself...

i get mistaken for white mostly by white people though....blacc folks know i aint white they jus aint really sure what i am and every wetbacc knows im latino cuz they all call me guero but still speak to me in spanish......when my hair is braided a lot of people think im blacc mixed wit white.....
