Who overrates Jordan? Of course the fans of the team are gonna talk him up and make him seem great, but every team has fans like that. Just like you are on Gore's nuts. Everyone jocks their team's players, but no way is Jordan Overrated. Jordan is a better all-around back than Gore, what has Gore proved? At least Jordan has a full season under his belt, while Gore is getting his chance this year. Let him do something before you talk about him being so great. And I have a feeling that Gore will get hurt in the 3rd or 4th week and be out for the year with an injury. Doesn't seem to me that he could be the number one guy for the 9ers all year long. But we shall see.

Played as a rookie, coming off injuries, shitty o line, new qb, no other threats on offense, put up highest ypc for all rookies, didnt play a full season, was backup, played hurt, still put up very nice numbers,

Fantasy????????? I'm talking about football! Fantasy doesn't account for picking up blitzes, blocking, clutch running, controlling the game, etc. All-Around, Gore doesn't touch Lamont.
And the AFC WEST has LT, LJ, and the Broncos. Who in 49ers history is better than LT? And Alexander used to be in this division too. The Broncos can probably make Clarett into a 1000 yard runner. Of course Lamont is overlooked with such a RB-Heavy division. C'mon homie, worst in the West? Edge, Alexander, Stephen Jackson, I understand. But only a 49er fan would say that Gore is better than Lamont. Gore is fast and can pull off a good run to the outside from time to time, but he doesn't touch Lamont in blocking, recieving, rushing down the middle. Try and not be biased, Pilgrim.

the AFC West is full of good RBs.... I'd have Jordan in the top 3.. Tomlinson of course is #1 with both LJs (Johnson & Jordan) runner ups......I dont kno wasup with the hatin on Jordan but he sure showed your LB Ulbrich that he needs to work on that tackling

FYI, i dont dislike Jordan because he is a raider, i like Napoleon Kaufman,and a few others, i just dont belive jordan is worthy of a starting job
