Manny fans co-sign every bullshit story about Mayweather turning down money to fight Pac-Man. But they can't admit that the fight is not being made because Manny will not agree to random testing. Manny not agreeing to random drug testing is a 100% fact.

Mosley took the test and Ortiz has no problem taking the test. So why is Manny so scared of random drug testing? The pussy smell is coming from Manny..

pac said he's willing to take the tests. of course floyd was on vacation those times pac was ready. No excuses after pac & floyd both win their fights are only a month apart meaning if they don't fight May 2012 it will never happen. Pac already said today if floyd wins they have a fight next.

I don't give a fuck what Manny said. When the CONTRACT was in front of Manny he didn't sign it, but Mayweather signed it. So again Manny needs to agree to random testing and more importantly sign the damn contract. But Manny fans are too dumb to understand that Manny doesn't want to fight Mayweather or he would've signed the damn contract last year. Now go back to believing fake ass story of Mayweather turning down big money to fight Manny, so you guys can sleep better at night.

and what happened the two times after that pac tried to fight floyd? he was "not thinking about boxing," remember? Your time frame literally stops after the first negotiations failed and everything that happened after that is missing, as if that part of your brain is damaged.

All I remember after Mayweather beat up Mosley was that Top Rank said that Manny would sign the old 18-day cut-off window contract. Mayweather clearly stated after the Mosley fight that all of his fights from here on out will have to submit to random drug testing. Which Manny has never agreed too.

206, if Manny agreed then why didn't he sign the contract?
Your memory is just as bad as biface! The first negotiations failed, that contract was no longer valid obviously, unless they had a time machine they could hop in and travel back in time. Since the Flux Capacitor has not yet been invented, sadly that was not an option. Instead they offered to fight Floyd, two different times, and each time Floyd wasn't even willing to negotiate, stating he was on vacation or not thinking about boxing. Others attempted to negotiate on Floyd's behalf including Richard Schaefer, Al Haymon and Greenburg, all of which agreed to the terms team Pac laid out, but unfortunately Floyd wasn't on-board.Thus Pac fought other opponents instead.

Here we are in the present time and Pacquiao still remains he is willing to take the tests and that he wants Mayweather next, assuming they both win their fights.

Did you follow all of that or do we need to go over it again?

still on that drug test shit? I thought Pac said he would take any tests. But still, y does any fighter have to go through extra shit to fight Floyd? Just fight!

I think this whole thing is just a set up/build up to make twice the money it would have made 2 years ago.

I'm talking about the same contract that Mayweather was presented and signed.

Why did Pacquiao change his mind/stance in regards to the random/cut off date?
When it was in his face ready to be signed, he (Pacquiao) turned it down and said that Mayweather doesn't make the rules.... what happened? Why change all of a sudden? Is the Pacquiao camp wolfin'? Didn't they say they didn't need Mayweather?

why do you care? that was like 2 years ago, all you should care about is that pacquiao is willing to do everything floyd wants now so why isn't the fight happening again?

Perhaps Pac realized that was the only way to get the fight, perhaps he was tired of hearing about it & being questioned about it or perhaps what Pac said was true "I agreed to all the tests because I wanted to see if that's the real reason (he's not fighting me)."

Mayweather wasn't on-board because he knew that Top Rank and Manny wasn't real about making the fight. It's pretty easy to see if Manny wanted to fight he would've signed the contract. All I see is Top Rank making excuses to cash in on Manny fighting in-house fighters. Top Rank is just using Mayweathers name to sale Manny's bullshit mismatch fights.
