i was watching this shit on court TV once about Pelican Bay state prison, and they were sayin how they housed most of californias gang leaders, They mentioned Suerenos, Nortenos, and somethin called Nuestra Raza...Any body know what that is? I know it means Our race or somthin like that but is it a prison gang or...

I dont get what that meant and in no way did I take it to offense, but could you explain it by pm or on here. Cause like I said at first when I heard about the burgandy thang I was like fuck that burgandy is a mutt color. Which like in the mid 90's mutts would wear burgandy and burgandy rags not all but most of them. and then I hear this click wearing it I was like fuck that they some confused youngsters. I met a couple of them and I am 25 banged for half my life, been incarcerated and their explaination and the way they carried themselves satisfied me as they werent confused it just the way they adapted. like I said this is on certain occasions which wont be mentioned. It is just a way to show you aint a mutt. Fresno is just not a norteno place anymore, shit what ever the homies have to do to survive, fuck it I am all for it, We have to let our presence be known and how many Nebraska hats can one homie own, cause it is very hard now to just see some one flamed up and think that they are enes in Fresno. I personally get ready to get down when I come face to face with a flamed up person, I know that is sad but that is how it is. Imagine that how fucked up is that that I am on sight with ppl flamed up in Fresno and when I go to Tulare county I am straight homeboys with ppl flamed up I guess you just have to adapt.

well burgundy is seen in the background throughout much of this board and when I designated the colors I had no qualms about it because it is a shade of red (just like pink but i didnt want to go there). No one has ever told me to change it and I had no idea it could be seen as a Bulldog thing until now. Does burgundy seem odd to any of you? It looks natural to me but then again I aint a Norteno.

That's if they're not using the Red panos.

That's true I always thought of burgundy, maroon, and other dark shades of red as homie colors. I know that lots of the Eastsiders wear them burgundy/maroon panos and sometimes they don't flame up with red but with burgundy and you can still tell they're homeboys.

Burgundy ain't 'flaming' red...just like essas wear pink and shit. I just got back from LA, I seen plenty of S.A rollin burgundy rides.

I wouldn't be surprised if gangs in the sur sported all kinds of wack colors to distinguish each other. In my time i've rolled through/kicked it/or known folks from Salas, Sac, Hayward, San Fran and all west bay, but I've never seen anywhere close to as deep in the gang shit as LA.

Every block is a new click. I was kickin it with my folks out there (dont bang) I guess in West LA close to gay ass West Hollywood, and I seen 18st fools, some Bloods, who hit me up since I had on some bright ass red and I chopped it up for a sec, and some C14s. Whether the P's were mobbin around or that was their actual territory I didn't know, but there was ws c14 crew, and ws 18 clicks, all this in probly 2 square miles.

Anyways off topic. LA is some shit u have to see. One block will be straight barrio, 2 blocks down you will be in Whiteville. I never seen some shit change like that. Im guessin fools out there have a hard time distinguishing who's who and from what set unless they see each other pretty often without funkin. But NUTT I bet if you rolled through that click hood low pro and looked for their hit ups u would probly see X3 or 13 up in there somewhere...

Then again I heard black folks in OC are outnumbered pretty hard by surenos...to the point where it's funk on sight....so this might not be an option for u...

i can feel this cuz up here its just two gangs that are known. thats just the way shit is and has happened and before the whole unity thing nortes did kill nortes and it was a click vs click thing even if they were both sur's or nortes clicks wiping each other off. but now its more of a norte/sur thing.
