From reading up on it I believe its Lam Ching Yin and that person hasn't done anything since 1994. The other guy is Yuen Biao and their roles are ironic since Lam Ching Yin is a seasoned Peking Opera performer in the movie yet Yuen Biao is really in that in real life alongside Jackie Chan and Sammo Hung who was the director/cheorgrapher of the film. Still need to watch that movie, never got through it..
