Tool Concert....Wow....

Just experienced a live Tool show for the first time. It was fucking incredible. When they played Wings of Marie Part 1 and 2 with the lasers it was unbelievable. I knew it was going to be amazing and it didn't disappoint whatsoever......

Nice, did they play a good mix of older stuff? I need to hit up another Tool concert soon.

They played almost all of 10,000 days except for The Pot and Intension. They opened with Jambi and it kicked fucking ass! The only older stuff off the top of my head that they played was 46 & 2, Lateralus (fucking sick extended version), and Aenima (which was the closing song). The lights and lasers were off the fucking hook, and they sounded perfect!

Yeah, it always amazed me how perfect Tool sounds live. It's almost like listening to them on CD. I mean Maynard's voice sounds more or less exactly like it does on their albums.

Thinking back they did play Intension but it had no words and was just played as a segue into Right In Two. So I guess the only song they didn't play from 10,000 Days was The Pot. Here's the setlist:
