i think the rule of unemployment is that you have to work a full time week, or your part time work has to exceed a certain amount of money (its above double minimum wage)

but technically temps dont 'fire you'...they just stop calling you with work..youre still 'in the system'.

so since youre still working for the temp agency regardless if you have a current 'job' or not...i dont think you can file unemployment

however if the job youre with hired you ala 'temp to hire' then yeah, youre a employee of the other job

I thought I was the only one that would grind at Labor Ready. Props to all that have.

Like I said, if you were like me, moved to very little money, staying in a motel, looking for cash ASAP while you are putting out apps for fulltime jobs,

Labor ready and temp agencies are the way to go. And when you do get a full time job and lets say you hit a snag, you can always hit em up for some extra cash.

apple one is good, I'm okay with Express personnel, but I worked any when they called.

I don't think so because the work is not classified as 'full time' work. Even though the hours were probably full time hours, it is still classified as 'temporary'.

This is what the EDD office will tell you.

Also, even if you were to get it and work at the same time, you would have to deduct what you made from work from the unemployment, minus 25%.

if you wanna get in and out at labor ready.... be there at 5:00 am.... be the first nigga in line when the dude behind the counter get there..... first to 10th on the list.... you'll get a job.... but not neccesarily on your firsty day.... keep bustin that for a week and you'll start gettin jobs..... practically never on your first day will you get a job, though.... if you don't have a job by 10:00 get the fucc outta there.... just leave your name on the home list and tell'em you're available for ANYTHING....
P.S. if you have a car you are practically guaranteed a job.... and even if youi don't get a job you can get payed by droppin niggas off at jobs.... but its gon be some funky ass old 4 day beer smellin muthafuccas in you shit....
and plasma leave scars on your arms look like dope traccs.... one on both side..... plus sometimes when they put your blood bacc in your arms it start swelling up and fucc your shit off!!!! i used to do that shit at job corps 4 a extra 50 or so a week.... it ain't really worth it, but if you need that cash you need that cash.... plus you're helping people....
