back when the media and bill and hillary were on his side at camp david the Israelis offered to give up 90% of the disputed lands to create a palistinian state. yet he left the retreat mad saying that was not enough he wanted all the land.

Had you been doing the prior, I would stand by my Klansmen comment, but since you were attacking the government, I humbly withdraw my statement. I agree wholeheartedly that the Israeli government has a lot of flaws. Likewise, Palistinians are not the most reasonable, peace-loving people either. There needs to be a complete overhaul of Sharon and Arafat's governments.

I don't stand on any side.
As far as I know, the Jews occupied Isreal hundreds if not thousands of years before the Palestinians.
Archeology proves that Jews lived there before anyone else.

I can see why the Palestinians are pissed but I can't see why they target civilians.
Isreal is no angel though, they're guilty of terrorist type of crimes against the Palestinians too.
But would Isreal be doing this if the Palestians weren't attacking them in the first place?
I don't think so.
The point is, they're both in the wrong.
But at the same time, we can't deny the facts....

Then the Palestinians will go blow up a cafeteria full of students, which I'm sure we can also agree isn't right. What can we do when two peoples hate each other so much? This cycle of violence is so senseless, it's gotten to the point where nobody even knows why they hate the other side anymore.

I agree that the violence over there is horrible, and it is a difficult situation...I believe that if we want to help both sides, america needs to start listening to the palistinian people as well. The media here has been very one sided...Rarely will you ever hear/see on the news about the horrible things the isreali army has done to innocent people. Its always the opposite.
What we all have to ask ourselves is why would someone become a suicide bomber>? Nobody just wakes up and says Im going to blow myself up and others today just cuz I can. Its because the people have been oppressed for so long, thats all they know.

Your article has many flaws. How can it say that Jerusalem has no significant importance in Islam? Did you know that Muslims used to pray towards Jerusalem and then it was later changed to Mecca? And we don't think that Mohammed's journey was a dream, it physically happened. It is the third holiest city in Islam, that is fact.

And the thing about Palestinians not being a separate race as Arabs, yes that is true. But the fact is that they have always been there and now people have taken their land. People who had no claim to that land. When Israel was created, Jews from all over came to that land. It is like us taking the Native American's lands.
