I fuckin' told you guys about Anderson like 2 years ago. LoL.

Dude's about to be champ.

Anyway I like the no contest shit they pulled this time because I think they're going to a more realistic style. I know Heyman has been saying that he won't do shit unless he has full control, but a lot of the matches I've been seeing have been pretty close to what he's talking about... being taking points from MMA.
What points are they taking from MMA?

I think the time limits they're using and the "ranking system" are somewhat MMA inspired also.
They have been doing that in japan long before there has been MMA same with stopping fights.

Knowing TNAs history with NJPW and how they have already started using more British and Japanese things like giving big ass checks and trophies at the end of tag matches I would say they are taking more and more pointers from them not MMA.

just IMO :ermm:

I heard an interview with Konnan and he talked about AAA and TNA doing a talent exchange. TNA wrestlers have already been working out there, so we should expect to see some AAA guys soon, starting with Zorro as he said.

If Japan invented MMA, and their wrestling is inspired by MMA, and OUR wrestling is inspired by Japanese wrestling (your point), then the "pointers" that we're talking about are inspired by MMA... And it's because the American audience is wanting to see more realistic shit.

You are fucking annoying.

no....

their wrestling inspired MMA. Jap wrestling came first then they started "shoot wrestling" which would be the starting point for MMA.

I never said US wrestling was inspired by jap wrestling....Infact wrestling was a western sport until it was brought over to japan in the 1930s/40s by Rikidozan.

But if TNA is going to lean more to a stiffer more believable style Im going to say they are taking pointers from japan like they have already been doing for years.

You are fucking annoying. :cheeky:

You run circles around your own comments.

When you shop for groceries do you walk down the aisles mumbling to yourself about how powdered potatoes were first invented in Japan?

Well let's examine what just happened here...

I was talking about WWE/TNA and MMA. You asked me a question which I answered. You for the 100th time turned into a discussion about Japanese people. They invented MMA. I said I was talking about the rising popularity in America, and yet you insist on continuing to talk about Japanese wrestling/MMA.

If you want to comment on my posts, please never mention Japanese wrestling unless I mention it first.

You are literally a pain in the ass the likes of which astounds me to no ends, and the funniest part to me is I don't even try to argue w you. You're like a bot in a chat room just trying to change the subject to what you want to talk about no matter the issue.
