He raises some considerable points, as it is interesting that Oakland houses some of the nation's richest and poorest, but regardless I would not say it is a "terrible place to live." Oakland got some dope spots.

The media completely blows things out of proportion and they create all this nonsense. Theres no real racism in the bay. It's a melting pot of nationalities. Sure, some people may give passes or help their own race more than others... but who doesnt? You help your tribe before you help others. Its human nature. Media makes ppl believe things are greater than they really are.
Divide and conquer.
Its working.
