I think that it's not just latinos and african americans..it's people who look different. You don't fit the standard of the officer thats on duty that day if he or she is a racist/sexist you'll get mistreated. Different as in not dressed well, close don't fit, it can be skin color ethnicity. It's just like with rich people, they're not going to hang out with broke ppl. It's about acceptance if you're not accepted then you'll have a hard time. Just like a fat person trying to hang with skinny ppl they get teased. A ugly person haning with pretty people they get teased. It's not in all cases but thats how it is. My school actually picked on white kids and they scared the shit out of them. The school was on the news that night and the white kids crying there eyes out on t.v. Officers use it to there advantage..yes but don't complain if you're not doing anything. thats the main point..don't worry about it and move foward..
This never happend to me though. I commend the officers in my community and I respect what they do on a daily basis because they put themselves at risk to protect myself and others in my community. It's different for other people, I know. My stance on the cops around my parts (the majority white) do a good job.

and to all you people complaining about the cops harrassing you, i admitted i was breaking the law by speeding, but whats hilarious is people who say things like
"fuck the police, they arrested me for smokin a blunt and shooting somebody, thats fucked up"
and to rose town, why would i say anything, so he could change his mind and give me a ticket? that would have been smart...
