I EXPLAINED TO YOU THAT THIS WAS A VIOLATION OF POLICY AND COULD LEAD TO TERMINATION OF YOUR EMPLOYMENT. WHEN I FOLLOWED UP WITH YOU TODAY YOU RECANTED YOUR ADMISSION TO USING MARIJUANA.
THIS DOCUMENT IS TO NOTIFY YOU THAT EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY YOU MAY BE REQUIRED TO TAKE A DRUG SCREEN DUE TO REASONABLE SUSPICION.
