Ortiz is a beast

I did not hear him spit one nursery rhyme on the slaughterhouse album... what were you listenin to?

Budden is dope too... but probably my least favorite in Slaughterhouse... LYRICALLY he shits on most rappers out there... he just lacks in his flow and delivery sometimes

you sound crazy! Joell ripped that verse... his rhyme scheme on that shit was insane

THIS verse is weak?

Real nigga, rhyme spitter, hoe bagger
Boast swagger, flow dagger, hip-hop toe-tagger
No slacker, I could chill but I'd so rather
eat a nigga cause he's sweeter than a glass of Goldschl¤ger
Poor rappers, here on y'all won't matter
And I'm out braggin every interview so you mo' matter
I'm the man in the booth
With (A Few Good Men), and "you can't handle the truth" (no!)
And y'all could say I'm nice but I'm not
I'm mean, flow coke with ice in the pot
The fiends gon' go broke, they dyin to cop
My team is so dope you like it or not!

^ hahaha god your top 5 is prolly so weak
Word, Budden fans always overrating Budden like he made some classic albums like stillmatic or all eyez on me, he can rap but thats where it ends for me, nothing special, no classics......and they still arent recovered from the Sai & Wu losses they even go in denial like the Nazi Germans on The Holocaust...

you fuckin trippin.....this foo was hot in like 98 with pump it up and then nothing.....yeah, he put out some mixtapes that his fans thought were the greatest thing since sliced bread, but mixtapes ain't shit, and slaughterhouse was hella disappointing for the MC's in that shit, plus that foo ain't even the best in that group....I mean, he wasn't the worst member of the group, Joel Ortiz takes the cake for that, but he wasn't even the 2nd freshest out of a 4 man group.
First off Pump It Up dropped in 2003....and if you listen to Mood Muzik 2 and Mood Muzik 3 they are some of the best original mixtapes ever.
I used to hate Budden myself until I listened to them. Budden has genius lyrics and he makes so much of his music RELATABLE he doesn't rely on that average gangster persona that so many artists on the scene have.

Hey!! Any of ya remember when Slaugherhouse were interviewed & they were plannin to add a southern "lyricist" to their group??? They stated they were considering picking T.I. or Lil Wayne & I was like WTF?????? were they thinkin man??? Even the some of the best lyrical mcs have bad tastes & flaws man... If they wouldve searched much harder & got outta their way & selected either K-Rino or Z-Ro or maybe Trae their album wouldve been a classic all cuz of one of them murdering all the tracks & even out-shining all 4 of them & thats on the reel!!!

I think K-Rino would of been the best choice for a southern emcee to the group... but over-all in my eyes it's just Royce and Crook that hold it together, with Joey and Ortiz playing back-up...

i dont need to argue with you Defy.....Ortiz was the nicest on that slaughterhouse album, and if you took a poll among hip hop heads it would be overwhelming.....lets agree to disagree.....

although I disagree with Defy... I also disagree with you

Ortiz came nice on that album... but not the nicest...

Royce and Crooked I were the best on there... and I agree if you took a poll among hip hop heads it would be overwhelming... in favor of Royce and/or Crooked being the best in Slaughterhouse
