I do not need to ask questions to form assessments based on your own statements. Your statements answer any questions I may have had. I am analyzing that which you opined, and using rational thought to explain myself.

Yes, when the person has been known to repeatedly and continuously refer to enjoying attention, especially that of a negative nature.
