Looks like google is on our side. The response to his crying is priceless:

Flagging an user's videos will only result in Google taking note and reviewing the flagged videos. Then, after this review, it is Google staff who determine whether or not the terms of the site have been broken. In other words- if the videos were not a problem then Google will ignore the flaggers. If Google determine that rules have been broken by the flagged videos they will remove the offending video. If they do this more than three times it is "strike out".

If you need clarification then you will be best to check out the link below (for what it is worth): References...

Xtraplan going public this month is all over all the news websites. From huge ones like Forbes and Money Magazine, down to your local newspaper. It's the hot topic right now.

When the press coverage is this big leading into a company going public, well, you just know things are about to get crazy.

Recently i posted up a few videos in regards to a new company iam apart of,i talked about it on a website which is www.siccness.net/vb

http://www.siccness.net/vb/showthread.php?t=377007 (topic)

these people brought nothing but negativity towards me and insulted me in every way imaginable and sent me numerous threats in my emails and private message box stating that they will flag everyone of my videos until they get them removed because they simply just do not like me. Talking about What i was talking about was a scam, and it clearly isnt. Im apart of a new company that has a free membership program for the entire world that has linked up with big time billion dollar companies and corportations, simply put, billion dollar companies will never put there fortune and reputations at risk for being apart of something that was illegal. out of hater and ignorance and not even listening to what i had to say, they just sat up and flagged flagged flagged for no reason at all. the above link shows over 5000 page views, meanwhile my videos was not even watched more then 30 times.

now im left with a deleted account, and no videos.. this is totally some bullshit, and i demand i talk to some authority figure at youtube or google,to resolve my problem, asap
Lol, nerd.

Lol @ that complaint. You can't get mad because people saw through that nonsense. This is gonna be long, but here goes...

This thread is an example of a good old fashion MLM scam. (MLM = Multi-Level Marketing, also known as Network Marketing) When I had a Facebook and twitter account, I used to get messages DAILY from people asking me to join the latest MLM company. I think the latest MLM fad was a company called Organo Coffee. In order to avoid hurting any feelings, I'd simply tell them "Thanks for the offer, but no thanks." Then they'll start telling me about how I'd regret that decision and proceed with stories about "I know 'this and that person' whose made millions" with this company. My question to the person trying to sign me up is always...."Those people might have made millions, but YOU are trying to sign me up. Sooooo....have YOU made millions? If not, I don't care about someone else's success story." It's not a good idea to boast success stories to push an MLM opportunity if the story isn't your own. It's gotten to the point where I walk away when someone mentions the words "business opportunity" to me. When someone says those two words, it's almost always MLM.

I've met a few people that really were millionaires as a result of MLM. But...these guys weren't dream sellers. One guy, I sat in on a presentation he had in his mansion. The guy was a hell of a salesman. What I respected was the fact that he didn't make it sound like a walk in the park. He told the guests that they're gonna have to put in the work in order to reap the rewards...something that most MLM'ers don't do. It's usually the newbies who try to sell dreams....when they haven't even made much money, if any money, themselves.

Point is, MLM isn't for everyone. I use to love when the MLM guys would tell me, "if you don't join, you aren't serious about your financial future." As if MLM is the only way to earn money. *Shout out to people that earned millions and even billions before MLM even existed.* Some people are cut out for it, some aren't. I'm one of the ones that's not. The idea of chasing people down and borderline harassing them for money just isn't my cup of tea. I know because I've tried it. It can be profitable, but if you're not cut out for it, then don't try to get into it.

On the other hand, I call most of them scams because of how it works on the inside. Guess how most guys on MLM actually make their millions? Not so much through selling the product or building a downline, but by selling "how-to" products to other people in the company. When I was part of an MLM company, these guys would send a different notice about a new book or other how-to product almost every week. You would think that the guys at the top would want you to make money because they'd make money as well, right? WRONG! In many cases, them selling you all the books, brochures, pamphlets, and other how-to and marketing materials is more profitable than the product you're selling. You signing someone up for monthly services which they make thousands of and you get one flat rate commission of maybe $100 on is also more valuable to them.

Not trying to be a cynic or trying to discourage anyone...just giving you all the facts as I see them. As far as I'm concerned...fuck that MLM nonsense. I prefer to do REAL business.
