I was going to ask the same thing. All I've seen in MI is SUR's, that's it. I've seen XIV tags everywhere, but haven't seen any red bein' worn. Both rival gangs DO migrate from CA. It's not just a CA thing.

True. Gangs are usually isloated by regions not state boundaries. They migrate and expand creating new cliques or chapters.

California has the biggest number of Nortenos and Surenos, but they are all over the place.

La Eme and La Nuestra Familia or what not runs everything away when it comes to Mexican gangs anyways.
