I honestly dont' think they should make a movie like this. That was a great movie, but like my hoemboy 559 soldado said, it discredits our gente. People outside cali and the southwest alread stereotype us as it is. I tell someone here in NY that I am mexican (not puerto rican like they assume) and they call me ese half the time. It's a fuckin stereotype. Even if it was the best movie ever, it would depict mexicans as a whole as greedy blood hungry savages. I know the young'ns all wanna seem like savages 24/7, and even some of the older folk who don't know exactly who they are yet, but there is more to life then trying to show how hard you are all the time.

the overall view gets distorted by hollywood. the crip view has been drug through the mudd by tv and even the pop type music with crips in the videos. like its cool to be a thug now cause of people like 50 cent. Being a thug ain't cool and shit. Losin homeboys over gang affiliation ain't cool. I'm not knockin anyone for bein a gang, cause I grew up into one when my family wasn't there for me and the homeboys were.
