THE WORST PRISONS IN THE WORLD ......

just because a place is on lockdown 23 out of 24 hours out of the day doesnt make it the worst prison some of those prisons back in the day were nightmares.
I was watching I think it was the history channel and they were talking about these prisons and I was like holy shit there is no god if man is treating their fellow man that way. torturing and testing experiments on convicts strapping them to chairs and just going to town on them i forget what prison it was but it was back east i think it was in philadelphia. like i said they didnt mention pelican bay on the west coast or even attica on the east coast
