giving these "poor" people money isnt going to jus solve the problem, they have other physco/mental problems to deal with.theres other ways to contribute to helpless communities, but even then ,where the politicians deal with grants and mass amounts of money directed at providing food, safety, shelter, you deal with corruption, which is way more common outside of the states.but the list goes on,its definetly easier said then done, and talk is cheap(sometimes to cheap on the internet)and i dont have the answer, but i think we need to start with proposing the government to start really taking care of the run down communities, and stop tryin to make other places around the world safe, when theres enough shit to fix in our own backyards.
but this is the way it is,and it aint gonna change anytime soon, this financial adviser i talked with told me that the middle class is disapearing and families are now either joing the rich ,or poor classes, the gap is expanding with time.and with the overload of information with the internet, the middle man is gettin cut out,and the rich are getting richer cause there money actualy works for them, and the poor get fucked by collecting a paycheck that they live by,and get fucked by the government takin nearly a quater of there pay.
only way to join the elite is to...dont be average, use your head

well there's an advantage at being poor...
makes you appreciate stuff more than anybody else.
YES OR MIDDLE CLASS. I don't mean give poor the money in their hands, They have to work for it, and I'll pay them according to how hard they work. Educate themselves, and buy an apartment complex for them, and provide food.
