I agree, the Terrorists and Insurgents in both Iraq, Afghanistan, Pakistan or where ever have NO problem torturing there "enemies" without mercy, American troops AND innocent Iraqis and Afghans. I disagree that the blame can simply be laid at the feet of Qutb and his ideas.
