the "weakest" white rapper of all time is someone who you do not know. His name is the gift rapper. He is a albino rapper on the come up workin the mcdonalds shifts to get enough money to master his demo and send it into his idol, mc hammer,to try and get a record deal.

This is guaranteed to be the weakest white rapper of all time, period.
