He said the salary cap and i believe lack of draft picks shouldn't be used as a excuse as to why the team is regressing. Also said something like he didn't think the raiders were a super bowl team but he definitely thought they were a playoff team.

Sounded like a apology to the fans for the teams performance so far this season. He said more but i just caught a small portion of the clip while flipping through the channels. Still thought it was crazy to see Mark Davis make an appearance after the game, owners rarely give post game interviews.
