not a big deal. anybody would have at the very least a mild sprain when you land on somebody's foot and have a 285 pound 7 footer pulling down on you. He should be back right after one of the toughest stretches of the schedule, which sucks, but to tell the truth we probably wouldnt have won a whole lot in that stretch even with him on the floor. Fuck it we already waited a whole year and some change, whats another couple weeks.
I think there's a good chance the team won't pick up Travis' team option if he's not traded. I like Travis and all but minutes need to be freed up and he seems to have the lowest basketball iq of any of the regular rotation players. We will still have Webster to stretch the d and Batum as a defensive specialist, plus it probably opens up more minutes for Rudy as well. I'm not a big Frye fan or anything but he is a smart player and fits in well with the 2nd unit and is still getting better. I think travis is probably not gonna get much better than he is now. He's had 5 years in the NBA already and he has made huge strides but I just think he is closer to his ceiling than Frye is to his.
