i wouldnt say that, we just outplayed the blazers when we needed to and ray allen came up with those clutch three's that pretty much iced the game. the ref calling were horrible for both sides and really had no favor for any so that right there kinda gets canceled out.

TURNOVERS TURNOVERS!! Points off of turnovers was what lost the game for Portland. Boston played good D and not letting the easy baskets in the paint come through. And Ray Allen being unconcious in the 4h didnt help either.

the loss aside, the blazers got it goin on this year. if them boys can have a team attitude a la the patriots theyre gonna be a force for a long time. as long as them youngsters dont get caught up in putting the money first they gonna be lights out.

i originally made this thread for fedex because while his team was losing, the only thing he had to make himself feel better was to underestimate the celtics. little did he know i was helping him and his squad out. b roy and them cats probably read the thread and got pumped!! i never had anything against the blazers. that dude was all in my celtics thread hatin though so i gave him somewhere else to go. now look at that thread. one of the longest running threads here.

the free throw disparity should tell you something. Bad foul after bad foul called on Portland led to a +14 advantage on free throws, and also forced Portland to play weaker defense due to unwarranted foul trouble. Like I said, Boston played well, and I don't necesarrily mean to take anything away from them, but thats pretty suspect...

exactly but i watched the same game as u and saw horrible calls against us and then i saw calls against u that were bad as well and that still gets me pissed cause it makes a game so bad to watch. plain and simple the refs sucked and u cant blame anything else on the 2 teams cause the refs are just idiots nowadays
