Jeffrey Dahmer didn't have time to get death by the system, they beat the fuck out of him not long after he got in there...execution by inmates!!

Tragedy said that if your insane thru the use of a drug it still is insanity.... I guess when he was cross examined by a QC they asked 'did you know the conqequences of the drug' and he probably said 'yes'... so it was kinda premeditated.
