He got life. The jury wasn't buying his insanity plea and we all have to face up to what we do in life but who in his right mind would eat someone's lung??? He had to be INSANE!!! Oh well...

It was the drug that made him do that...did they go for straight up INSANITY or TEMPORARY INSANTIY?? 'Cause I don't think dude was insane sober, but when he was on the shit, of course he was. Either way, I don't think the court or the jury would sympathize with a cat who took PCP knowingly.

Its the drug for the most part though.
Different drugs have different effects on people. He wasnt stable enough of a person to be fucking with sherm.

I know you and I wouldnt fuck up, but fools like Lurch... different story.

Rodzilla, you are more than right on that one. Death would have been a blessing for dude, but it doesn't matter, he woulda been in the pen for what, 20 years before execution? Either way, him being in prison after killing a WOMAN and doing that savage shit to her, he's better of dead!!!!

all i can say is here comes jessie jackson to the rescue. he only ate 1 LUNG!!!!! if a white man had done it he would have got a slap on the wrist.
