^what other midfielders do England have besides the ones you mentioned? all others are hurt/worse. ox is a beast and will only get better too i feel

In the current squad? Not much at all.

Aaron Lennon should have been picked, and Sturridge should have been picked upfront.

Ox is too young, not ready for the euro's. They did this with walcott back in the day but never used him. I could be wrong and he could prove himself in the next 2 games.

Poor defending by sweden.. Lustig had the easiest task you could have during a corner, stand by the post and guard it. And he failed. Our midfielders sucked, defence sucked exept for Mellberg. Zlatan Ibrahimovic and substitute Wilhelmsson were good, no one else. Embarrasing.. Schevchenko still going strong,amazing. Now we have to beat England and France..can't see it happening from how Sweden played today. Sweden have only lost one game against England in 50 years,in a friendly last fall. Its do or die against them on friday.

We had a key man in midfield subbed off early early and to make matters worse that sub got sent off shortly after and they scored and we fought back for the rest of the game. Was an exciting draw tbh and I felt we were unlucky we had more chances but credit to Japan they defended with everything they had.

Honda was a beast for Japan and Brosque was a workhorse for us.

Can't wait to meet them again, good friendly rivalry to see who is king of Asia.

Cool. How does it work overthere? Winner of the group qualify for the world cup and runner up face the 5th team in the South American group, right? If i remember correct

There is 2 groups left in Asia, A and B of 5 teams each, top 2 in each group qualify for Brazil, the two 3rd placed teams playoff for a chance to play the 5th team in South America.

We got Japan, Iraq, Oman & Jordan in our group. If we don't finish atleast second, we should scrap our football all together and be banned for eternity. Fuck it, we should never play sport again. In fact I would like it if we got nuked, so I never have wake up nowing how terrible my country is.

But hopefully we get our shit together.

Yeah poliish cops are shooting rubber bullets at the russians and there has been fights all over warzaw today. Bad blood and alot of history between Poland and Russia.
