@Tony

so what else you going to make with that pepper jack? you can only do so many sandwiches.

I would suggest getting some boneless chicken breasts, taking a parrying knife and making an incision on the side about 3/4 through the breast and then slicing one way with the knife inserted, flipping the knife and slicing the other. (to create about a finger sized opening, but much more expanded internally cut.) then stuffing that bitch to the max with pepperjack (and grilled pineapple if you dare) then panko and bake.

Simple but people are amazed by it. I use the technique for all sorts of stuffing. Even taught my 11 year old chef in training how to do it.
lol the only thing tony was looking at in this whole damn post was the 11 year old in the last photo

Had a shitload of food on Easter, but didn't really take pics 'cause I was too busy drinking.

Here's the Baked beans my bro made with fresh bacon and ham....cooked with brown sugar.

Easter Tri-tip. Brushed it with teriyaki sauce, then did a dry rub with garlic powder, onion powder, montreal seasoning, paprika, fresh ground pepper, and cinnamon. We let it sit like that for an hour, poked holes, and let it marinate in bags of teriyaki sauce for 24 hours. The shit cut like fuckin' butter and the taste was off the hook.

went to a little cuban food cart downtown portland, the food is really good but there aint no where to sit lol tryed to post up by some office place but just took it home.
Cuban food is awesome. I didn't know you stayed in the Portland area so if you are ever up in Seattle and want some great Cuban/Caribbean food hit up this place.

If you want a sandwich get either their Midnight Cuban Press (my favorite) or Hamon & Queso Melt. I've had most their sandwichs (minus seafood because I don't like it) and they are all great but those two are the best in my opinion.

Also the 1/2 Chicken Dinner and the Cuban Roast Plato are very good too.
